Trey Poker by BGaming is a “blitz” card game designed for those who think fast or would love to train themselves!
Trey Poker is a new addition to the BGaming family of poker games. This variant of the world’s renowned card game actually includes two different options: Pair Up and Ante. Pair Up is a simple “draw and win” game, where the player is dealt 3 cards and hopes to have at least a pair or a better hand.
The result of each deal is revealed instantly since the player sees the entire hand. Ante is a game mode that resembles traditional poker, where players compete against the dealer. Both the player and the dealer receive three cards. Once dealt, the player evaluates the hand and either folds to end the round or plays, in which case the player’s hand is compared to the dealer’s. Whoever collects a stronger hand wins.
Since there are only 3 cards dealt per round, the value of certain hand combinations differs slightly from more common poker variations: a Straight pays out higher than a Flush, and Three of a Kind beats them both.
A player places an Ante bet and gets 3 face-up cards. The dealer has 3 face-down cards. Then, the player can fold cards (lose) or raise the bet to continue the game. The dealer reveals their cards in the second case and qualifies on at least one queen or better. The highest poker hand, according to the game’s paytable, wins.
Players can place one more bet before the round in anticipation that the three-card hand will include any pair or better.
A player can repeat the previous bets by clicking the Rebet button.
