Role overview:
The Game Launch Specialist is responsible for preparing games for release and coordinating the game roadmap, ensuring accurate game information and timely submission to the aggregator. This role involves managing roadmaps, maintaining correct game-related data, and acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and the aggregator to support successful launches.
Responsibilities:
- Form and maintain game release roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about upcoming launches.
- Communicate any game-related changes to all relevant teams, ensuring they are aware of updates and have taken the necessary actions.
- Collect, manage, and verify game information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal systems and client game list.
- Maintain and update game data within different resources, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
- Prepare and submit game releases to the game aggregator.
- Communicate with the game aggregator, proactively resolving issues by collaborating with relevant teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in iGaming or a strong interest in the industry.
- Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Intermediate+.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with game teams, marketing, and account managers.
