Role overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Account Management team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure smooth game availability and positioning;
  • Adjust RTP settings when needed;
  • Prepare and share reports, presentations, and account documentation with clients; 
  • Help track and monitor account performance, KPIs, and client feedback;
  • Coordinate, keep track and verify promotions;
  • Check and verify data for accuracy; 
  • Handling administrative tasks as required;
  • Support clients with basic requests and questions, managing day-to-day accounts; 
  • Maintain friendly and professional communication in English;
  • Work closely with the product team and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver the best client experience. 

Requirements:

  • Responsible and reliable;
  • Proactive and detail-oriented;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks in an efficient and speedy manner;
  • Communicative, friendly, and professional;
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn;
  • Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience in client-facing or account support roles.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry.
