Role overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Account Management team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure smooth game availability and positioning;
- Adjust RTP settings when needed;
- Prepare and share reports, presentations, and account documentation with clients;
- Help track and monitor account performance, KPIs, and client feedback;
- Coordinate, keep track and verify promotions;
- Check and verify data for accuracy;
- Handling administrative tasks as required;
- Support clients with basic requests and questions, managing day-to-day accounts;
- Maintain friendly and professional communication in English;
- Work closely with the product team and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver the best client experience.
Requirements:
- Responsible and reliable;
- Proactive and detail-oriented;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks in an efficient and speedy manner;
- Communicative, friendly, and professional;
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn;
- Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience in client-facing or account support roles.
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry.
