Role Objective:


To develop and coordinate the studio’s creative production system (Art, Sound, Game Design, and Math), ensuring continuous growth in game quality, reusability of creative solutions, and the implementation of cutting-edge tools and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Standards: Define the development strategy and establish unified production standards across Art, Sound, Game Design, and Math;
  • Production Efficiency: Drive the development of reusable assets (libraries, frameworks, layer systems) and optimize content creation pipelines;
  • Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Synchronize and lead the heads of creative departments, fostering knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Quality & Player Experience: Analyze released titles and implement initiatives to elevate visual, audio, and gameplay quality;
  • Innovation & R&D: Research and integrate cutting-edge industry practices and tools, including AI-driven workflows and automation;
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor discipline leads, setting clear development goals and scaling the creative vertical.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing teams in the gaming industry;
  • Experience in game development;
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams;
  • Understanding of game development processes and the production pipeline;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Ability to build effective collaboration across expert teams;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Analytical approach to product development and game quality improvement;
  • Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience implementing production systems or specialized software tools;
  • Experience in scaling development teams;
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies (AI tools, content production automation).
