Role overview:
The Integration Manager joins the team responsible for onboarding new partners and providers onto BGaming’s platform.
The role bridges business and technology: the manager owns the full integration lifecycle — from the first contact with a client through to successful acceptance test completion — ensuring a smooth and timely experience at every stage.
This includes proactive communication with partners, resolving technical issues independently where possible, and engaging the development team when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full integration lifecycle with partners: from test environment setup through to successful completion of all integration tests.
- Coordinating internal teams (development, QA, product) and external partners across all stages.
- Maintaining necessary project documentation: roadmaps, Jira boards.
- Monitoring the status of active integrations, ensuring deadlines and SLA compliance.
- Working with API, analyzing logs via Grafana, and using Postman for testing and troubleshooting integration issues.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an Integration Manager, Technical Account Manager, or in a similar role in iGaming.
- Solid understanding of API principles; ability to read technical documentation, work with Postman or equivalents, and analyze logs in Grafana.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with task management tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents).
- Strong communication skills: ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
- Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced; English — Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of how APIs of various providers are structured.
- Basic understanding of HTTP: status codes, methods, headers, cookies.
- Understanding of the game session lifecycle.
