Role overview:
In this role, you will assist Department’s Lawyers, ensuring company’s compliance with legal requirements across various markets and legal facilitation of the distribution of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of software license agreements, maintaining a registry of these agreements, facilitating the signing process;
- Client Due Diligence: collect and review clients’ Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation in accordance with the list of requirements;
- Company Due Diligence: keep records of Company’s documentation and data and provide it on Clients’ requests;
- Supporting the Team in Regulatory Compliance, including drafting documents, assembling sets of documents to regulators, and maintaining organized records to support compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law;
- 0-2 years of experience;
- Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Attention to detail: be highly detail-oriented to ensure accurate compliance procedures;
- Fast-learning.
