Responsibilities:
- 50% — Design and produce digital marketing materials
30% — Develop print materials and merch for offline events and exhibitions
20% — Develop and adapt icons for new games; - Collaborate closely with the marketing team (SMM, PR, brand, events, marketing);
- Ensure all designs align with BGaming’s brand guidelines while contributing to visual evolution;
- Create high-quality visuals for social media, web, and promotional materials, balancing creativity with consistency;
- Contribute to marketing campaigns with strong creative and design solutions;
- Manage design tasks end-to-end, delivering on time with minimal iterations.
Requirements:
- Work experience of 3+ years in this role;
- Proven experience with print materials (prepress, layouts, merch, event materials);
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator;
- Solid sense of composition, color, and typography;
- Understanding how to create competitive visuals for advertising and promotion;
- Awareness of visual load and readability in ad creatives;
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX;
- English proficiency: B1–B2, Russian: fluent
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming industry or related fields;
- Skills in motion graphics or video editing;
- Experience working with AI image generators (Freepik, ChatGPT, Midjourney).
