Role overview:

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Product Marketing Manager to elevate our global footprint and promote our games worldwide. This role calls for solid experience in the iGaming sector, a deep understanding of promotional mechanics, and a proven track record of successful campaigns.

You will spearhead GTM strategies for international product launches, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure our games resonate with operators, streamers, and players. Additionally, you will continuously test new acquisition channels, seek out new partnerships, and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft and evolve product positioning, ensuring a consistent brand voice and communication strategy across all channels;
  • GTM Strategies: Design and execute impactful Go-to-Market strategies for new game releases, while sustaining momentum for existing successful titles;
  • Sales Enablement: Develop compelling marketing collateral that highlights the USPs of our games for casino operators, affiliates, and key industry stakeholders;
  • Monetization & Analytics: Leverage data to optimize game promotion funnels. Track, analyze, and improve key metrics (CPA, LTV, ROMI, Retention) and rigorously evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on GGR;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Business Development, PR, and Product teams to translate market insights into tangible product enhancements and high-performing promo campaigns;
  • Partner & Influencer Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and other external partners to maximize game awareness and player engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or growth marketing, specifically within the iGaming industry;
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products, backed by measurable business results;
  • Hard Skills: A deep understanding of GTM strategies, monetization models, promotional mechanics, and player retention techniques;
  • Channel Management: Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including performance, influencer, and affiliate marketing;
  • Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Mindset & Soft Skills: A genuine passion for gaming, strong commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of global iGaming trends.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
