Role overview:

The role of a Game Designer is to develop new innovative game concepts for BGaming studio. The Designer's responsibility is to make important contributions to the design quality of large-scale projects. Game designer works as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes game developers, programmers, game artists, animators, and quality assurance testers.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of game design documents and other accompanying game documentation.
  • Monitor and control the product throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with all team members, including artists, animators, composers, developers, and others.
  • Participation in the analysis of statistics and the ability to influence the strategy for game launches and market promotions.
  • Organize and participate in game testing, collecting feedback, and implementing improvements.
  • Competitor analysis and market research.
  • Analysis of performance indicators for our games.
  • Hypothesis formulation and verification.
  • Propose enhancements for key stages of product development.
  • Preparation for and analysis of the results of AB testing.

Requirements:

  • You are a true artist.
  • 2+ years of experience with slots as a Game Designer.
  • Experience of writing concepts and maintaining game documents.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the different hardware platforms available for games and visual styles.
  • Mentoring of colleagues.
  • Clear vision of usability and its role in games.
  • Innovative approach to game design and the ability to come up with new ideas.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new technical skills.
  • Flexible approach to work in order to tailor your ideas and to meet deadlines.
  • Mathematical and analytical understanding.
