Role overview:
Our Talent & Development team is responsible for enabling the growth of employee and leadership capabilities across the organization. We develop competencies, build a sustainable leadership pipeline, and create development opportunities that have a direct impact on employee engagement and business results.
Our key priority is to establish and implement the fundamental people development processes end-to-end – from identifying learning and development needs and designing relevant learning solutions to building structured development programs and supporting the growth of current and future leaders.
We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist who will play an important role in shaping these processes, bringing expertise and best practices, and turning them into practical solutions that work for our people and our business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the company’s Training & Development strategy in alignment with business and people priorities;
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through close collaboration with business leaders, HR Business Partners, managers, and employees;
- Design and implement learning programs for different employee groups, including onboarding, professional skills, soft skills, leadership and other business areas;
- Develop individual and team development programs tailored to specific business and employee needs;
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning experiences for employees and managers;
- Own L&D projects end-to-end – from identifying the business need and designing the solution to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement;
- Apply modern learning approaches, including adult learning, blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning, and digital learning;
- Work closely with HR BP, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives address real business needs;
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across theo deep-dive presentations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Leadership Development, preferably within the IT or iGaming industry;
- Proven experience of designing and delivering learning programs and events for different audiences;
- Hands-on experience with:
- Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
- Learning Management systems (LMS)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern L&D methodologies;
- Ability to work with OKRs, KPIs, and impact metrics (including engagement and mNPS/eNPS);
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with C-level and senior managers;
- Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Excellent analytical, structuring, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of leadership and talent assessment tools (360 feedback, HiPo, succession planning);
- Experience developing leadership academies or management development frameworks;
- Experience implementing or managing LMS / LXP platforms;
- Certifications in instructional design, coaching, facilitation, or L&D;
- Competency frameworks and competency matrices.
