Role overview:

The Junior Account Manager supports the development of long-term client relationships and ensures smooth day-to-day communication with partners. The role involves coordinating game releases, sharing updates, monitoring performance, and assisting in identifying growth opportunities across different markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and partners.
  • Establish and maintain an active and constructive relationship with other teams in the company.
  • Timely notify clients about upcoming game releases and updates, provide the clients with necessary materials and information to ensure game releases on the scheduled dates.
  • Promote BGaming games, regularly review games performance based on the target markets and peculiarities of the client and make recommendation to the client on the games with best potential.
  • Analyse progress, promotion results, work out strategies of growth and client development.
  • Develop business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement and growth where possible.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Issue invoices (direct integrations only) and track payments by clients.
  • Clearly communicate the monthly progress to the team lead.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the progress of the account to the team lead, track key metrics.
  • Prepare monthly promo discounts reports (both for accounting and clients) and monthly progress reports for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of B2B account management or sales experience.
  • Language proficiency: English — Advanced.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross‐functionally: liaise with technical, product, operations and marketing teams.
  • Customer/service orientation: focus on delivering value, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • Strong relationship management abilities.
