Role overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a newly formed mini-department focused on coordinating non-core game development initiatives.

The role is centered around bringing structure, transparency, and predictability to a dynamic flow of tasks — from quick ad-hoc requests to cross-team projects — in a fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate incoming requests into a unified system, ensuring visibility and proper prioritization.
• Maintain transparency of task statuses, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, development, analytics, integrations, and external partners.
• Ensure alignment across teams and facilitate effective communication.
• Track progress, manage deadlines, and handle deviations.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive their resolution.
• Structure and improve processes for handling diverse and dynamic task flows.
• Act as a central coordination point across all involved teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in outsourcing or similar environments.
• Strong ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Excellent prioritization and focus management skills.
• Ability to quickly switch context without losing control.
• Proactive mindset and ownership of processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to unblock issues independently.
• Ability to structure and synthesize fragmented information.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in outsourcing environments.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2).
