Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our game development team. As a BA, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between game designers, developers, and stakeholders. You will work on adapting games for various jurisdictions, extracting and documenting requirements, and supporting the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:‍

• Perform end-to-end business analysis throughout the game development lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and support at all development stages.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers to translate creative concepts into structured, functional requirements.
• Adapt games to comply with regulatory and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Participate in the BA Community to improve internal BA processes and maintain documentation standards.
• Work cross-functionally with development, QA, art, legal, and other teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in product-focused teams.
• Solid understanding of the game or digital product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in eliciting, formalizing, and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
• Fluent Russian and English at minimum B1 level (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus.
