Role Overview:
As we embark on a strategic expansion for the years 2025–2026, BGaming is investing in high-impact entertainment initiatives — including Streamers Awards, the leading annual event recognizing top talent in live-streaming culture.
We’re seeking a SMM & Community Manager to drive social growth and engagement around the event. Reporting to the B2C Marketing Team Lead, you’ll own the content and community strategy, working closely with the Event Team, Partnerships Manager, influencers, sponsors, and creative teams.
Your main goal: build an active, loyal, and growing community across platforms — turning followers into passionate participants. You’ll be supported by top-tier resources, including internal design and copy teams, as well as leading creative agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the social media and community strategy for Streamers Awards across all major social media platforms;
- Create, curate, and publish compelling content that sparks conversation, drives engagement, and grows our audience;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns;
- Build strong relationships with content creators, fans, and influencers to generate buzz and deepen loyalty;
- Lead and manage digital community initiatives, challenges, and activations that build excitement and participation before, during, and after the event;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curve;
- Track performance metrics and community health KPIs, provide regular reports and insights, and iterate based on data;
- Coordinate and collaborate with external creative agencies and freelancers to scale content output and community activations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media and/or community management;
- Deep understanding of internet culture, live-streaming, and the creator economy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
- Ability to create engaging content and manage online conversations;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy;
- Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects from start to finish.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working with influencers;
- Background in iGaming, entertainment, gaming, or creator-focused projects.
