Count your chickens before they splat, because drivers in Vegas have little to no compassion for hens crossing the street. Move from one lane to another and pluck the chips lying around the road to multiply your bet. Each chip takes the multiplier a little bit higher, but every now and again, the chicken will dash forward across multiple lanes and grab additional chips. If you reach the other side safely, you can get a multiplier of up to 2,505× on the highest difficulty.

Be warned, if the chicken moves and the car runs it over, you’ll need to start over. The only way to win is to cash out while you are still standing in the safe spot. The multiplier values will increase at a better rate if you choose to play on a harder difficulty, but the likelihood of being hit by a car will also be higher. Additionally, the multiplier will increase drastically when a golden egg randomly appears and the chicken collects it safely. Should things get too repetitive, it’s possible to play in auto mode, setting when the game should cash out and start over.

You can also play in auto mode. You can select the number of rounds and whether you want the autoplay feature to end prematurely if your budget gets below a certain point. Then you set the multiplier value for auto cashout, and if the chicken hits that multiplier or higher through either the Rush or Golden Egg feature, the game will automatically cash out and start a new round.

Character skins

Before the start of each round, you can click on the transparent chicken icon to change the character’s skin. There are 4 options: Regular, Cowboy, Tourist, and Big Shot.

Multiplier Booster

A golden egg can spawn randomly in front of the chicken (at least one lane ahead), and it will have a multiplier that is higher than what you’d normally get on that spot. When the chicken reaches the egg without getting squashed, the new multiplier is applied, and all of the following lanes get a multiplier boost too. This also affects the final lane multiplier.

Step Booster

Whenever you decide to take another step, there is a chance that the chicken will randomly rush forward and skip a few lanes, leading you to a higher next multiplier.

Difficulty setting

The Chicken Rush 2 game has 4 difficulty settings: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Hardcore.

The higher the difficulty, the bigger the starting multiplier and the faster each subsequent value grows. The chicken is also more likely to get squashed every time it makes a new step at higher difficulty. The maximum multipliers (with egg bonus active) for each level are 32× (Easy), 501× (Medium), 1,002.5× (Hard), and 2,505× (Hardcore).

Step Mechanics

Once you hit play, you make a first step, and if the chicken is safe, your potential win is increased by the corresponding multiplier that is written on that spot. Then you can take another step and potentially win more or cash out the current win. Each new step carries a risk, and if the chicken gets run over, you start over. When you cash out, you go back to the start and can place a new bet.
