Gift Rush Merge Up™
Tis the season to be spinning! In this holiday addition to the wildly popular Merge Up™ online casino games lineup, BGaming presents players with bright and merry ornaments to be packed into Gift Boxes that open to reveal heartwarming cluster gameplay surprises. Cell Multipliers, Booster modes, and festive Buy options wrap up this cheerful slot demo, brought to you by one chipper elf.
While Santa isn’t looking, one of the elves has hidden away a special treat for BGaming players: the Gift Rush Merge Up™ game! Enjoy its jingly soundtrack and immerse yourself in the cozy atmosphere of these reels. Every spin, you have a chance to merge each bright and beautiful ornament into a more expensive one, and at level 8, the dark-magenta decorations have a chance to pack up into traditional Gift Boxes. The Gift Boxes themselves may open up to reveal Scatter candy, and one of the three unforgettable Bonus rounds starts if enough of them are on the reels.
Each winning combination inside a spin adds multipliers to the cells and progresses them, starting with ×2 and capable of reaching ×128. In the Bonus rounds, all multipliers are sticky while free spins last, and 3+ Scatter candies on the grid at the same time pile on additional free spins. Booster modes — Random and ×16 — generate multipliers on the playing field; Chance ×2 brings you closer to the Bonus fun, and 3 Buy Bonus options turn up the thrill of this online slot with a standard, starting multiplier of ×2, and 3–9 Gift Box activations on trigger. The unique Rebuy Bonus button lets you repeat your previous purchase in one tap for fast-paced holiday entertainment.

Details
4+ of the same adjacent symbols form a cluster (a winning combination). After the win is paid out, some of the symbols of the cluster disappear, and others become symbols of the next level. There are 9 main symbol levels in the game (plus Scatter as level 10). The win amount depends on the level of merging symbols and their number.
The cells where a winning cluster is formed are marked. If a winning combination occurs in a marked cell, it receives a ×2 multiplier. The multiplier of a marked cell increases by ×2 with every new win. Several multipliers in one cluster add up. The maximum multiplier in one cell is ×128. The cells remain marked until the end of the spin in the main game.
There are two Booster options available:
- Random Booster adds random multipliers up to ×128 to the grid each spin.
- Booster ×16 fills the entire grid with ×16 multipliers every spin.
Both options are available via the Buy button pop-up.
Can appear on the reels or be formed when a Gift Box opens. 3, 4, 5, and 6+ Scatters trigger 12, 15, 20, and 30 Free Spins respectively.
During Free Spins, Cell Multipliers are sticky and continue to grow until the end of the round. If 3+ Scatters appear on the reels in one spin, 5 additional free spins are awarded.
When a winning cluster is formed from the symbols of the 8th level, 1 Gift Box symbol is created. After it opens, 8 symbols around it disappear, and the empty spaces are filled with new symbols, while the Gift Box turns into a Scatter. The multipliers of cells whose symbols were destroyed increase by 1 level (e.g., ×2 would become ×4).
You can purchase a standard round of Free Spins, Free Spins with a starting ×2 multiplier in each cell, and Free Spins with 3 to 9 starting Gift Boxes on the reels that generate multipliers which transfer to the Bonus round. All options are available via the Buy button pop-up.
The feature in the Buy button pop-up slightly raises the bet and increases your chances of hitting a Bonus game. It is disabled if another Buy feature is active.
