Role overview:

Our marketing department continues to expand, with new projects and teams emerging. As part of this growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist for B2B Marketing Stream. The team works closely with the Sales team to drive targeted marketing initiatives, enhance lead acquisition efforts and engage prospects, focusing on potential clients interested in integrating our games.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies in target regions, aligning with company objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Launch and manage email outreach campaigns, execute and analyze LinkedIn newsletter campaigns with regular performance reporting.
  • Qualify and nurture incoming leads, including re-engaging inactive ones, to drive them through the sales funnel.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content to reflect the latest company offerings and news.
  • Create promotional materials that effectively communicate BGaming brand identity.
  • Support B2B events, including planning, coordination, and execution.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in b2b marketing and lead generation, preferably in the iGaming, casino, or tech sectors.
  • Understanding of Paid Ads, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (C1+) and Russian, both verbally and in writing.
