Role overview:

Assistant of the Business Account Manager assists to create long-term, trusting relationships with customers of the company and is responsible for the promotion of BGaming games by day-to-day communications with clients, timely delivery of the information and materials on the upcoming game releases and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and partners.
• Establish and maintain an active and constructive relationship with other teams in the company.
• Timely notify clients about upcoming game releases and updates, provide the clients with necessary materials and information to ensure game releases on the scheduled dates, share monthly roadmaps and other available documents and materials available.
• Track the games are released by the client as scheduled and are up-to-date.
• Prepare and share monthly reports with clients upon request of the Account Manager.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• English knowledge - Intermediate (B1).
• Ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Fast-learning.
• Responsible and well-organized.
