BGaming is a game development studio that is proud of having worldwide recognition in the sphere. Our innovative video slots are admired in the industry for numerous qualities: from eye-catching graphics, attractive features, and entertaining plots to capacity for easy integration, multi-device availability, intuitive interface, and ground-breaking formats. This series of elements have been carefully developed to create a unique gaming experience.

On top of that, we were the first major iGaming provider to introduce the "provably fairness feature". With the help of cryptography, players can easily verify that all game results are indeed unbiased and random. We are a “remote-first” company, most of our employees work remotely, which does not prevent us from maintaining and strengthening the team spirit, mutual support, and willingness to help.

Role Overview:

We seek a strategic and hands-on Fraud Operations Manager to build and lead our fraud prevention function. This role is central to developing a scalable, data-driven anti-fraud framework — from designing detection tools and processes to managing investigations and guiding operational decisions.

You will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, support, and engineering teams to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud threats in our games. This is a high-impact role with both strategic ownership and operational execution responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own fraud detection and monitoring processes, including tool development and process improvements.
  • Build project documentation and handle incident management: evaluate and prioritize fraud incidents, coordinate teams, track resolution.
  • Work with analytics to refine fraud patterns and improve rules or models.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in fraud prevention or risk operations (iGaming preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in iGaming.
  • Strong leadership and ownership of operational processes.
  • Experience in planning, task decomposition, and structured problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and process documentation.
  • Fluent Russian; B2+ level written English.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Looker).

Work conditions:

  • Full-time flexible schedule (remote work is possible);
  • Highly competitive compensation, motivation, benefits, and social programs;
  • Paid vacation + 4 sick + 1 day off;
  • Medical Insurance;
  • Professional training & certifications, language courses;
  • Enjoy working in a fast-growing modern iGaming company;
  • Great community of experts and industry professionals.
