Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teams, transforming requirements into memorable corporate events that inspire and entertain.
• Organize and facilitate team-building events.
• Efficiently manage our merchandise platform, ensuring a smooth process from website navigation to order delivery.
• Oversee the thoughtful procurement and distribution of gifts for various holidays.
• Innovate and manage a program that celebrates our team's dedication, rewarding commitment and excellence.
• Collects and analyses people feedback regarding people engagement programs, suggests improvements on a basis of research results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in employee engagement or a related domain.
• Proficiency in English, native Russian speaker.
• Strong organizational skills, coupled with an ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus.
