Role overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to focus on identifying and qualifying potential operators and partners in the iGaming industry before handing them over to the Sales team. Your core responsibility will be to build a strong pipeline of high-quality leads and support a faster and more efficient contract closing process.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams, using tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and internal databases to manage leads and streamline pre-sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new operators and partners in target markets.
  • Analyze companies, markets, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial lead qualification.
  • Prepare information before handing potential clients over to the Sales team.
  • Arrange introductory meetings when necessary.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Manage tasks in Asana or similar task management tools.
  • Prepare reports on activities and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, B2B sales, or lead generation will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, providers).
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong company and market analysis skills.
  • Ability to work with data and databases.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Language proficiency: English — Advanced, Spanish — Advanced.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Established network of operator contacts.
  • Experience participating in iGaming conferences.
