Project Overview:
Join a dedicated team working on the Remote Gaming Service (RGS) — a centralized platform that streamlines the management of games, servers, brands, game tables, bet levels, and currencies. RGS is designed to enhance scalability, improve reporting capabilities, and drive overall business efficiency across our gaming operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, driving process efficiency and platform scalability.
- Lead the rollout of RGS across teams, replacing outdated systems.
- Prioritize requests from business, support, game, and client teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Deliver automated solutions and ensure platform stability and evolution.
Requirements:
Product Management & Business Value Focus
- Proven experience in owning product strategy and roadmap with clear alignment to business priorities.
- Strong prioritization skills using structured methods (e.g., RICE, impact vs. effort).
- Ability to assess product value through business impact and user satisfaction, not just feature delivery.
- Experience in managing incoming requests and translating them into clear, actionable plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Skilled in managing a diverse group of stakeholders (business, support, game teams, clients), gathering input, aligning interests, and communicating priorities.
- Strong facilitation skills: able to run syncs, workshops, and discussions to uncover needs and define direction.
- Clear communicator able to explain product decisions and trade-offs to both tech and non-tech teams.
Technical Awareness & Operational Understanding
- Confident in working with development teams; understands technical dependencies, system design basics, and platform constraints.
- Experience with tools/platforms related to game or service operations (e.g., server config, bet level management, currency settings) - nice to have.
- Able to support the rollout and maintenance of internal platforms in a stable and scalable way.
User Focus & Feedback Loops
- Skilled in identifying user needs and measuring user satisfaction across internal teams and external clients.
