Role overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and research-oriented Product Marketing Manager to focus on exploring emerging markets and analyzing competitors in high-potential regions such as Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Your core responsibility will be to conduct fast, structured market research and deliver actionable insights to support go-to-market decisions and product strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who can quickly navigate new environments, structure hypotheses, and transform raw data into valuable marketing input.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead rapid market research sprints across emerging regions, focusing on user behavior, cultural patterns, trends, and regulations.
  • Prepare discovery reports, opportunity maps, and clear market entry recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis: identify key players, product features, monetization models, pricing, positioning, and communication tone.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to validate hypotheses and support Product-Market Fit exploration.
  • Contribute to GTM strategies by providing market-specific context and competitive landscape insights.
  • Maintain and evolve the competitive intelligence framework, ensuring data is up to date and relevant.
  • Present findings in a clear and structured way — from concise overviews to deep-dive presentations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, market research, strategy, or growth-related roles.
  • Ability to conduct fast, structured, and actionable market and competitor research.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Confident use of Discovery tools, including but not limited to: SimilarWeb, Google Trends, Semrush, Looker, Power BI, Confluence, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other tools.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English.
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in fast-paced markets (LATAM, Africa, Southeast Asia).
  • Prior exposure to iGaming or the gambling industries.
