Project Manager

Role overview:

In this position, BGaming is in search of a Project Manager with a demonstrated history of taking ownership and effectively delivering projects. We are looking for an individual with a passion to be an integral part of a dynamic and creative team, adept at swiftly and efficiently resolving issues. Your primary focus will involve collaborating with the game development team, supervising the agile software development process, and inspiring, enabling, and energizing individuals to unleash their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tasks to support project development;
• Track and report on project progress, helping to identify and eliminate obstacles for the team;
• Support the management of multiple projects running in parallel, assisting team with prioritization;
• Organize and facilitate cross-team tasks and collaborations;
• Implement effective and sustainable Scrum processes within the team;
• Prepare and deliver basic reports for company management.

Requirements

• Up to 1-2 years of experience in a role within project management;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an eagerness to learn and grow in project management;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across teams;
• Proven ability to approach problem-solving creatively and collaboratively;
• Basic understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies and familiarity with related ceremonies;
• Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher and Russian at C1/C2 level.
