Role overview:
Account Manager builds long-term, trusting relationships with the company’s clients and promotes BGaming games through daily communication and proactive support. The role includes providing timely updates on game releases, certificates, and licenses in relevant jurisdictions, as well as analyzing game performance across client markets to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall results.
The Account Manager contributes to the company’s market growth strategy, collaborates with legal and certification teams to ensure compliance with licensing requirements, monitors operational restrictions, oversees the release flow, and prepares monthly reports on market developments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and partners.
- Establish and maintain an active and constructive relationship with other teams in the company.
- Timely notify clients about upcoming game releases and updates, provide the clients with necessary materials and information to ensure game releases on the scheduled dates including games certificates in appropriate jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with the company legal and certification team in order to prepare and control roadmaps for clients in appropriate jurisdictions.
- Understand and keep track of operational and licensing restrictions in relevant jurisdictions, making sure the games and materials provided to clients are in line with the licence/certifications requirements of appropriate jurisdictions.
- Promote BGaming games, regularly review games performance based on the target markets and peculiarities of the client and make recommendation to the client on the games with best potential .
- Analyse progress, promotion results, work out strategies of growth and client development.
- Working out strategies of market development based on clients’ potential, market peculiarities and restrictions.
- Develop business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement and growth where possible.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Issue invoices (direct integrations only) and track payments by clients.
- Clearly communicate the monthly progress both on clients and on the appropriate markets development to the team lead.
- Prepare monthly reports on the progress of the account to the team lead, track key metrics.
- Prepare monthly promo discounts reports (both for accounting and clients) and monthly progress reports for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, ideally within the iGaming or related industry.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of team leadership principles and experience mentoring or coordinating others — with potential to grow into a leadership role.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with large volumes of data and information.
