Role overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead one of the key projects within our Slots Development department.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive team commitment to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources effectively, coordinating the efforts of internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee all project administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained.
• Track and report project performance, status, risks, and issues to senior management on a regular basis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to define clear and achievable project goals and deliverables.
• Ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and adjust project plans as needed.
• Clear, concise communication with internal teams, external partners, and senior management.
• Excellent leadership and team motivation abilities.

Nice to have:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2).
• Having a technical background would be a plus.
