BGAMING WINS TWO AWARDS AT EUROPEAN IGAMING EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2025

We are honored to announce that BGaming has received two major awards at the EiGE Awards 2025. Our CEO, Marina Ostrovtsova, was recognized as iGaming Leader of the Year, and our Game Design Team Lead, Alex Baliukonis, earned Innovator of the Year.

Marina leads BGaming with a clear philosophy: provide guidance, not micromanagement. She cultivates an environment where team members take ownership of their projects while feeling fully supported. This approach has shaped a team that combines creativity with discipline, producing games and solutions that resonate with players worldwide. Beyond BGaming, Marina actively contributes to global discussions on diversity and female leadership in iGaming.

Alex’s approach to game design is equally distinctive. His projects go beyond trends, they explore new mechanics and engage players in ways that feel fresh and unexpected. Bonanza Billion, our first slot with cascading reels and multiple bonus features, remains one of our top-performing titles due to its layered design and accessible gameplay.

He also led Merge Up™ and Merge Up™ 2, which introduced a trademarked merging mechanic inspired by match-3 games. Merge Up™ 2 enhances the original with improved visuals, three Buy Bonus options, and interactive elements like multipliers and bombs in the base game, creating a deeper, more dynamic experience for players.
