Game Producer

As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for a Game Producer — someone who drives ideas forward and turns them into games that players love and that deliver real results.

The Game Producer shapes the product vision, manages the slots roadmap, and directly influences the company’s success through the quality and performance of our releases.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the roadmap for slot games — from concept to release and post-launch support.
• Take part in planning with the delivery team — set goals, guide teams, and ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Make key product decisions — from choosing game mechanics to prioritizing features.
• Set the strategy for slot development within the portfolio and actively contribute to growing GGR, ARPPU, and player engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams — game designers, artists, animators, mathematicians, developers — and inspire them to build strong, competitive products.
• Build effective cross-team communication and help maintain motivation within the team.
• Work with stakeholders — align on vision, provide progress updates, and gather feedback.
• Continuously look for ways to improve production processes for faster and higher-quality releases.
• Support a data-driven approach — validate ideas with numbers and back decisions with results.

Requirements:

Experience & Background:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Producer (or Product Owner / Team Lead) in slot development or related game products.
• Understanding of the full game development cycle: from idea to release and live operations.
• Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams.

Product Expertise:

• Solid understanding of key game metrics: ARPPU, GGR, Retention, Session Length.
• Experience working with analytics: hypothesis creation and testing, A/B testing, using data to support decisions.
• Knowledge of slot trends and popular features — cascading mechanics, bonus games, progressive jackpots, etc.

Operations:

• Strong skills in project planning and execution: managing timelines, budgets, and resources together with delivery teams.
• Experience optimizing development processes and applying best practices.

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills — the ability to clearly express ideas, lead discussions, and motivate teams.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher, for communication with international partners.
