BGAMING HONORED FOR WORKPLACE CULTURE AND SOCIAL IMPACT IN BARCELONA

ICE Barcelona 2026 was special for us as it brought the industry together and marked an important moment for BGaming: during the event, we received two awards — Great Place to Work at The International Gaming Awards and the Charity Award at European iGaming Awards. These are the recognitions that reflect what matters most to us: how we treat people and how seriously we take our responsibility beyond business results.

Building a great company means caring about people — inside and outside the business. These awards are a reminder that empathy and responsibility can guide real progress, and I’m proud to lead a team that proves this every day.

The Charity Award comes from a project that started with a personal connection. Two years ago, we began exploring how BGaming could support social initiatives in a real, hands-on way. In 2025, that idea turned into something bigger when we co-hosted the DAR Bjorn Charity Gala in Malta.

Together with our partners, we raised €200,000, and 100% of the funds went directly to DAR Bjorn to support the construction of a new neurological care center for people living with ALS, MS, and other serious conditions. We also contributed €20,000 ourselves to fund a dedicated treatment room. More than 400 guests joined the gala, and over 20 partners supported it. The initiative reflected our belief that responsibility should lead to visible, practical results.

The Great Place to Work award shows our everyday culture. Today, BGaming brings together more than 300 people across different countries, backgrounds, and roles. Trust, openness, and respect are not policies on paper for us; they shape how we work every day.

We invest in learning, support mental well-being, encourage honest feedback, and celebrate both professional and personal milestones. Our leadership team listens, our people speak openly, and initiatives like All-Hands meetings, Hackathons, and our internal recognition system help keep that connection real, even across time zones.

Winning these two awards at ICE Barcelona 2026 feels like a clear signal that we’re moving in the right direction. We’re proud of the team, grateful to our partners, and motivated to keep building a company that’s good to work at and good for the world around it.
