Role overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our  Account Management team. You’ll play a key role in helping manage, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure smooth game availability and positioning.
  • Adjust RTP settings when needed. 
  • Prepare and share reports, presentations, and account documentation with clients. 
  • Help track and monitor account performance, KPIs, and client feedback.
  • Coordinate, keep track and verify promotions. 
  • Check and verify data for accuracy. 
  • Handling administrative tasks as required. 
  • Support clients with basic requests and questions, managing day-to-day accounts. 
  • Maintain friendly and professional communication in English.
  • Work closely with the product team and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver the best client experience. 

Requirements:

  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks in an efficient and speedy manner.
  • Communicative, friendly, and professional.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in English (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in client-facing or account support roles.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry.
