At BGaming, brand isn’t a department - it’s a growth engine. In the past year, we’ve launched 50+ new games, won Best Game Studio at SiGMA Europe, and entered five new regulated markets in one year. But brand is more than numbers - it’s bold, creative work that makes people talk. From launching a game featuring iconic Snoop Dogg, to hosting an exclusive VIP event on an F1 racetrack, to building iconic booths at ICE, SBC and SiGMA - our brand shows up in unforgettable ways.

Now, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to keep that energy high - and bring structure, focus, and creativity to scale it even further.

You’ll be taking the reins from a talented Brand Manager who built a well-oiled system: clear strategy, efficient workflows, and a high-performing team. This is a plug-and-play leadership opportunity – leading a cross-functional squad of 4 creative and communication professionals – with direct collaboration with the CMO and business leaders to influence market expansion.

You’ll be leading the execution of our 2025-2027 brand strategy, designed to:

  • Boost global awareness in high-priority markets
  • Shape perception through standout campaigns and storytelling
  • Build trust & engagement among clients and partners
  • Grow advocacy from satisfied partners into vocal ambassadors

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Team Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional squad (SMM, PR, Events) and collaborate closely with CMO, Product Marketing, B2C Marketing, and B2B Marketing streams, as well as product and business units to drive effective brand initiatives.
  • Drive quarterly planning, OKRs, and sprints for the Brand stream.
  • Own and optimize budget and performance reporting.
  • Guide onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Review brand team activities and ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.

Campaigns & Projects

  • Run large-scale campaigns across key markets (global + regional).
  • Manage brand presence at top-tier expos and flagship events.
  • Launch high-profile partnerships with influencers and brands.
  • Coordinate production of content (video, case studies, social assets, UGC).
  • Ensure all outputs reflect the brand’s tone, look, and strategic goals.
  • Prepare reports and analyze completed campaigns and projects, delivering insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Media, PR & Communications

  • Craft and evolve BGaming’s brand voice and key messaging.
  • Collaborating with the PR manager to develop and implement PR strategies, ensuring they align with the brand vision and strategic goals.
  • Drive brand communications by actively applying bold storytelling, integrating thought leadership, product expertise, and creative formats across all channels.

Events

  • Set strategic goals and business objectives for exhibitions and offline events, aligning them with overall brand priorities.
  • Define key messages, positioning, and creative requirements for booths and event communications.
  • Collaborate with Event and PR teams to align event goals, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Lead annual event planning, oversee budgets and reporting for event initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Management, Creative Strategy, or Communications.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring teams, with a desire to grow in leadership.
  • Strong project ownership skills with an eye for creative and strategic detail.
  • Track record of successfully launching 360° campaigns in English-speaking markets, with measurable results.
  • Experience managing creative projects end-to-end — from briefing designers, copywriters, and video teams to reviewing and refining final outputs.
  • Pro-level writing and editing skills in English (C1+).
  • Comfort with data-driven planning (KPIs, OKRs, post-campaign analysis).
  • iGaming, tech, or entertainment industry background is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing brand presence at major international expos (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, SBC).
  • Experience launching brands or leading rebranding projects.
  • Background in influencer marketing or celebrity collaborations.
  • Strong creative direction skills (briefing designers, agencies, creative studios).
  • Previous experience in iGaming, online entertainment, or fast-paced tech industries.
