Project Manager / Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and analytics solutions, ensuring projects are effectively planned, documented, and executed. You will play a key role in managing requirements, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating seamless communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, reports, and final technical and business documentation post-project completion.
• Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the analytics team to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement project management processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management and documentation practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis (experience in analytics-specific roles is not mandatory).
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, technical specifications).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake, SQL).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2).
• Prior experience in a similar role within an analytics or data-driven environment.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.
