Technical Compliance Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Compliance Analyst to join our Legal and Compliance Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that BGaming’s products meet all regulatory and technical requirements across various markets.

In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between the technical compliance function, development teams, and external testing labs, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation of compliance standards into our games.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret technical compliance requirements for different regulated markets.
• Implementing technical requirements to the games by assigning tasks to Dev Teams.
• Collaborate with testing labs throughout the certification and testing process, resolving technical issues and clarifying requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market-specific technical standards and ensure their proper implementation within our games.
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation related to compliance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, ideally within the iGaming sector. Experience as a Tech Compliance Analyst is highly preferred.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn and apply technical compliance standards and translate them into development tasks.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• English level B1+ or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively and draft technical documentation in English.
