Role Overview:

As a Bet Level Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing bet levels across our portfolio of games to ensure alignment with player behavior, market trends, and business goals.

You will work closely with product, game design, analytics, and operations teams to analyze data and set optimal bet configurations that maximize player engagement and revenue performance.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of in-game economies and player segmentation.

Responsibilities:

• Configure bet levels: define stake ranges and multipliers, adapt settings to market and operator requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as game designers to align bet structure with game logic and design.
• Work with Technical Account Managers to consider client and operator requirements and support bet setup approvals.

Requirements:

• Experience working with online casino games, including slots, table games, or casual games with betting elements.
• Strong data skills: advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset: ability to justify decisions using mathematical models, market requirements, and user data.
• Understanding of cross-functional collaboration with developers, game designers, mathematicians, business analysts, and product managers.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of gambling regulation in key jurisdictions.
• Experience working with databases; SQL skills are a plus.
