Role overview:

Support Manager will work closely with BGaming customers, build relationships with them and help them achieve their technical goals, and overcome technical challenges. In this role, you will have to be able to understand the needs and goals of potential future clients and use that to introduce the company's products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in resolving their issues and provide appropriate technical solutions, or escalate to the right specialist;
  • Working closely with colleagues to identify technical errors, analyze logs and reproduce bugs;
  • Checking suspicious player activity, legitimacy of winnings and identifying potential problems early on;
  • Creating and customizing game environments and betting levels as requested by clients;
  • Compiling documentation, training manuals and troubleshooting processes, updating them as required;
  • Manage customer and colleague expectations and drive them to satisfaction;
  • Keep management informed of progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives;
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar position (~ 1 year);
  • Advanced English (both writing and speaking);
  • Good understanding of API communication, reading log files;
  • Experience in JIRA, Kibana, Confluence;
  • Solid computer, analytical, organizational skills;
  • Takes initiative;
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Technical Background;
  • Experience in iGaming industry.
