Responsibilities:

  • Search and attract highly qualified candidates using various channels, including databases, social networks, professional networks, etc.
  • Analyze staffing needs and develop search strategies for suitable candidates for various vacancies within the company.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and teams to determine job requirements and discuss potential candidates.
  • Contribute to the improvement of hiring processes, implementing innovative methods and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze the labor market, trends, and new approaches in talent sourcing within our domain.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for a minimum of 3 year.
  • Understanding of the IT industry, technological trends, and key technical terms.
  • Ability to effectively utilize various channels for sourcing highly qualified candidates, including databases, social networks, professional networks, and other online platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with Hiring Managers and teams to define job requirements and discuss potential candidates.
  • Analytical skills for monitoring the labor market, identifying trends, and applying new approaches to talent sourcing in the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
