Event & Influencer Manager

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead 1spin4win’s presence at international expos and drive impactful event initiatives. If you combine creative thinking with solid logistics and want to grow in the fast-paced world of iGaming — this might be the perfect match.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of international expos and iGaming events
• Manage event logistics: venues, travel, accommodation, transportation, and suppliers
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners
• Oversee the production and procurement of branded merchandise, giveaways, and client gifts
• Develop booth concepts and on-site activities (games, presentations, engagement ideas)
• Collaborate with the marketing, SMM, and PR teams to plan pre-, during-, and post-event content, including email campaigns, social media, and video materials
• Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and streamers, assisting in organizing their participation and content creation
• Organize internal events and support cross-team initiatives
• Track timelines, budgets, and event performance (including ROI), and prepare post-event reports
• Handle contracts and invoices in coordination with legal and finance teams
• Stay on top of event marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing (preferably in iGaming or gambling)
• Strong track record in organizing international B2B events
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and merchandise production
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Confident English (B2+ or higher) — written and spoken
• Understanding of how to align events with marketing goals
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
