Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and affiliate programs.
- Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential b2b-leads within the iGaming industry, aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Email marketing: purchase and validate email databases to ensure high-quality contacts for targeted campaigns, warm up and engage the current email database to maintain optimal deliverability and engagement rates, and optionally manage release notifications to keep clients updated on new features, products, or services.
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance using key metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROI), ensuring maximum effectiveness of campaigns.
- Drive the growth of organic traffic through SEO, link building, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Paid Promo on affiliate websites) to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design,content, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs to increase traffic and conversions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and
iGaming. - Create and optimize new landing pages on the website to support targeted campaigns, improve user experience, and enhance conversion rates.
- Report regularly on the performance of digital marketing activities, with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Create and manage engaging content strategies that promote 1spin4win’s products and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate marketing efforts during key product launches and industry events.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the iGaming, casino, or tech sectors.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and
influence stakeholders. - Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian, both verbally and in writing.
